K-6 Online Homework Help on Tuesdays

K-6 Online Homework Help on Tuesdays

Sign up to receive live homework help direct from our library to your computer.

We’ll utilize classroom curriculum, provide homework support, and encourage peer to peer instruction and collaboration.  Students will be divided into small groups (3-8 people) for direct tutoring from a trained coach provided by the Bay Area Tutoring Association. All subjects are welcome.

This session is for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade and meets on Tuesdays until November 17th.  Students must attend each day they sign up for.  This is a pilot tutoring program so space is extremely limited.  However, we anticipate more spots will be open as the week progress.  If you can not make a session or need to cancel, please let as know as soon possible so students on the backup list can join.

Tutoring is provided thanks to Bay Area Tutoring Association.

Please register below and you’ll be sent the online meeting details.

We at AC Library care about your privacy. None of our live programs where members can chat or share video are recorded and none of the chat logs are saved. No one who attends a virtual program will be able to see the list of other attendees. Links to join a program will not be posted publicly and will only be sent to members who register in advance.

AC Library currently uses Zoom for virtual programming. We encourage you to click on the join link a few minutes early to download the meeting software for the first time. If you do not want to download software, please use the Chrome browser to participate. When you login you will be given the option to share your webcam and microphone. The choice is yours! We’d love to see you like we do at the library, but also understand if you are still in your bathrobe.
