(CANCELED) Find Your Passion: Creative Math
This program is for kids in grades 2-3 and intends to teach children to think outside the box. Rather than memorization, children are encouraged to think of creative methods to solve problems which will strengthen their core math skills while improving their critical thinking.
Week 1 (February 29) : Process of Elimination
Week 2 (March 7) : Division By Grouping
Week 3 (March 14) : Identifying All Possible Combinations
Week 4 (March 21) : Number Puzzles
Week 5 (March 28) : Comparisons
Week 6 (April 4) : Working Backwards
Due to limited seating, a ticket is required to attend. Free tickets will be handed out at 2:15pm at the Children's Desk.
