Family Evening Yoga
Join us for evening yoga for families, offered twice a month! Learn easy yoga postures and mindfulness techniques to help you manage stress.
No registration required, but a waiver must be signed at the beginning of class in order to participate.
Beginners welcome. Children over age 7 years are welcome.
To get the most out of the yoga practice, please come with an empty stomach wearing comfortable loose clothing.
Please bring a yoga mat for each participant in your family.
This event recurs on the First and Third Tuesdays of the month.
