Meditation: a common-sense approach

Meditation: a common-sense approach

Meditation has become very popular in recent years, and is now mainstream. However, a lot of misunderstanding, misinformation, and just plain nonsense about meditation have proliferated, leaving many people now confused about what meditation actually is--and what it is not:

  • Meditation is a science--NOT part of any orthodoxy or dogma
  • Meditation is not physical--NO breathing exercises, yoga poses, or equipment are required
  • Meditation is entirely free--NEVER a business

Join us for this lively and entertaining workshop! Dr. Marshall Zaslove will guide you through the maze of myths about meditation and then instruct you in a firsthand experience of accurate meditation.

No reservations are required for this FREE event.
