Urban Cycling 101

An instructor certified by the League of American Bicyclists leads this workshop. Learn basic rules of the road, how to equip your bicycle, fit your helmet, avoid bike theft, ride after dark, and prevent common crashes. This two-hour, indoor workshop is for adults and teens, no bike required.  Register at bikeeastbay.org/education or call 510-845-7433 X2.
