Constitution Display Celebrates 2020 Census
The U.S. Constitution mandates that everyone in the country be counted every 10 years. The first census was in 1790. The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) hosts a display to celebrate the Constitution every September in honor of Constitution Day on September 17. Dublin Library supports the census because the library believes that everyone counts.
