LEAF Garden Science: Worms

LEAF Garden Science: Worms

Join us at the library for our monthly garden science workshops for kids. This month's theme is worms. We'll talk about why these earth-dwelling creatures are so important to sustainable gardening and what exactly they do. Each child will also have a chance to look at a live worm through a magnifying glass. All materials will be provided.

This event is sponsored by LEAF, a local non-profit organization growing food for those in need and spreading knowledge about regenerative gardening.

For kids ages 5+.

Space is limited; free tickets will be handed out 15 minutes before the program starts.

For questions, call 510-795-2629.
