Breast Cancer Awareness

Kaiser Permanente Southern Alameda County invites you to attend our Women’s Health Series at Alameda County Library’s San Lorenzo and Fremont locations. Our Kaiser Permanente Physicians and Health Education Experts will teach you how to:

  • Reduce your risk for Breast Cancer, including new recommendations for screenings and how to be Breast Self-Aware.
  • Manage symptoms of Menopause, maintain physical closeness in your relationships, and the pros and cons of hormone therapy and herbal remedies.
  • Improve the quantity and quality of your sleep to help you fall asleep quicker, sleep more soundly, and awaken feeling more refreshed.

You are welcome to attend one or all of the sessions in the series.
