Alameda County has grants available for qualifying homeowners for health and safety repairs!
The Alameda County Healthy Homes Department has grants available for qualifying homeowners in Albany, Dublin, Emeryville, Newark, Oakland, Union City and the unincorporated areas of Ashland, Cherryland, Castro Valley, Hillcrest Knolls, Fairview, San Lorenzo, and Sunol. You may be eligible for grants for:
• Minor Home Repairs
• Mobile Home Repairs
• Accessibility Improvements
• Lead Hazard and Healthy Housing Repairs (owner-occupied and rental)
