Scratch and Python Intro Class

Scratch and Python Intro Class

This is an added class to accommodate waitlisted students for the ProgrammingForAll program.

Registration is full, no waiting list will be taken but you may come on the first day of the class (7/15) and stand by for no show seats.  Numbered tickets will be given out in order.  Seats are not guaranteed for standby students.

Join us from July 15 to July 18 to learn how to code with Scratch to Python! Scratch is a simple and fun visual-based programming language that has inspired many children to pursue computer science in the future.

This class will primarily teach concepts like movement and if/else with Scratch and will relate what was learned in Scratch to the Python language.

Bring your own laptop if you have one.  Registrants must check in 10 minutes before the class on the first day or your seat for the entire series will be canceled and released to standby students.

Registration is required and handled manually by Fremont Main Library Children’s Services staff.
