Bay Area LISC - ACHOP (Housing Opportunity Program)
Alameda County Housing Development Capacity Building Program is a program designed to provide faith- and community-based organizations in Alameda County with the skills and knowledge to navigate their interests in developing affordable housing on their underutilized properties. Affordable housing development continues to be more and more specialized, leaving organizations with a severe skills gap around management, funding, deal structuring and more. Leveraging the success of their Housing Development Training Institute, LISC has created a program aimed to provide key information from a collection of respected trainers, faculty and staff.
