Building Resiliency in Kids & Teens - Parenting Workshop

This is an interactive workshop on how to parenting your elementary age kids and/or your teens.  Presented by Shalini Dayal, a licienced Marriage and Family Therapist, from the Bay Area South Asian Network of Therapists, the workshop will including topics such as:

  • Identifying stressors for children

  • A child's develping brain

  • Dealing with failure & rejection

  • Building resiliency & balance

  • Techniques for managing stress

  • Effective communication

  • School & community involvement

  • Resources
