Don’t let your property fall into disrepair! Alameda County has grants available for qualifying homeowners for health and safety repairs!
The Alameda County Healthy Homes Department Housing Rehabilitation Program has grants available for qualifying homeowners in Albany, Dublin, Emeryville, Newark, Piedmont, Union City and the unincorporated areas of Ashland, Cherryland, Castro Valley, Hillcrest Knolls, Fairview, San Lorenzo, and Sunol. You may be eligible for grants for:
Minor Home Repairs
Mobile Home Repair
Union City: Major Rehabilitation Grants may be available
Lead Hazard Repair (owner-occupied and rental)
