Fixing Clothes Workshop
Have you ever lost a button from a dress shirt, ripped a knee in your comfiest jeans, or dropped a hem on a skirt? We all hate when an important item of clothing begins to unravel. But these issues don't mean the item's life is over. In fact, there are simple fixes that anyone can learn in order to rescue their clothing from the garbage bin. Join us for a beginner's mending workshop, where you can learn how to replace a button, patch holes, and fix hems. Have an item that needs one of these fixes? Bring it along and learn how to do it.
This program is for ages 12+. Space is limited. Free tickets will be handed out 15 minutes before the program begins. All members of your party must be present to receive a ticket.
