Join artist Rachel-Anne Palacios to learn how to make tissue paper flowers-- as simple or as elaborate as you like!

All supplies will be provided in class. Limited to the first 25 adults in line.

First Thursdays are free programs for adults held every first Thursday of the month at the Dubin Library.
