Deborah Bonzell, Integrative Wellness Coach at Shape Fitness for Women-Dublin, a new full-service health club opening this summer, is here to help! Join us to:

  • Explore science-based strategies for creating and changing habits
  • Share your own successes and challenges will fellow community members
  • Create a concrete action plan and get support to make your goals stick
