How do Physicians View their Role in Society?

How do Physicians View their Role in Society?

Should doctors "stay in their lane", focusing on healing the sick and fighting disease - or do they have a broad role working politically for a peaceful world and protection from threats such as nuclear proliferation and climate change?

Dr. Robert Gould, a pathologist at UC San Francisco School of Medicine and president of Physicians for Social Responsibility San Francisco-Bay Area will talk about the work of PSR and its relevance in our democracy.
